  • Remote areas may require additional time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders.

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call or message before dispatch.

  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and being available to receive them.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may not be eligible for re-shipping without additional charges.

  • HARSIO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.

  • We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
